In between sessions, I use an electronic razor on my chin and lips which is a friggin godsend. Electrolysis is the only permanent hair removal technique.Ĥ.) Using the same razor for everything was terrible because I was essentially spreading bacteria all over my body into sensitive areas. I had the worst pimples and spots in the same places I shaved. For years I shaved it with the same razor I used to shave my legs, armpits. I had very thick dark chin hair as a teen. It’s so disappointing because if I knew this would happen I wouldn’t have started, but now that I have it’s hard to imagine stopping. ~Did you just decide to live with the hair or are you currently using another method of hair removal, and if so, which one? Waxing and threading both seem a bit hardcore to me considering the hair is so fine and light-colored, but maybe it’s worth it. or did you just need to eventually stop shaving altogether? ~Were you able to mitigate the issue with anything, whether technique, products to treat the breakouts, etc. ~Did you find that it resolved on it’s own with time/acclimation, or just persisted? FWIW, I am quite certain that these are closed comedones and not razor burn. I’d honestly rather have my blonde peach fuzz back than this. ![]() Unfortunately, somewhere along the line I started getting a bunch of closed comedones which are only in the *exact places that I shave* :( I am not someone who is prone to acne and these are stubborn as hell and driving me nuts. I use the Flawless Finishing Touch shaver, and initially was so happy with the results. I’m so bummed, guys! A few months ago I started shaving just my chin and sides of face to remove that blonde peach fuzz that I despised so much.
